2 & 4 Hour Rated Collars
Intumescent Firestop Collars provide a simple and effective method of firestopping pipework where it passes through compartment walls and floors. Tested in accordance with BS 476: Part 20 and EN 1366-3. Collars will provide up to 4 hours fire protection.
2 & 4 Hour Rated Fire Wraps
Intumescent Pipe Wraps offer a simple and more economic alternative to Firestop collars for firestopping plastic pipework and electrical trunking in walls and floors. Tested in accordance with BS 476:Part 20 & BS EN 1366-3
Intumescent Thermal Fire Sleeves
The Firefly 109 Pipe Fire Sleeves are particularly suitable for use in plasterboard partitions, but can be used in blockwork walls and floors. The Sleeves do not require any additional metal sleeving. The unique intumescent material is vacuum formed to shape which ensures controlled sealing of the plastic pipe or duct. Suitable for use with Copper, Carbon, Steel & Plastic Pipe.
Electrical Socket Box Insert
The FIREFLY 130 Socket Box Inserts have been developed to provide fire & acoustic protection along with improved air tightness and a reduction in energy loss for penetrations created by the introduction of both single and double sockets.
Intumescent Putty Pads
Intumescent Acoustic Putty Pads have been developed to maintain the acoustic integrity and fire resistance of plasterboard partitions, where plastic electrical socket boxes penetrate them. They also make a significant contribution to the reduction of air leakage in properties helping reduce energy costs and carbon emissions.
Cable Basket / Cable Tray Fire Sleeves
The FIREFLY 108 Cable Basket Fire Sleeves are a unique range of products designed to speed up and simplify the firestopping of cable trays and cable baskets. The compressible and fully intumescent material provides an effective fire and acoustic seal around both the cable and cable tray / basket itself. The Cable Basket Fire Sleeves are supplied in a standard length to suit all common wall construction. The ready to install design does not require any additional metal work, support, fire rated sealants or foams.
Intumescent Fire Pillows
Intumescent Pillows will provide up to 4 hours fire protection to metal services and cables passing through compartment floors and walls. The pillows are simply packed tightly in between penetrating services and the wall. In a floor, pillows are additionally supported by means of a mesh support system. Under fire conditions, the pillows expand several times their original volume to form an effective seal around service penetrations.
Fire Stop Block
TENMAT’s Firefly 108 Fire Stop Block is a unique, compressible and fully intumescent alternative to fire pillows / intumescent pillows. The Fire Stop Block can be supplied in up to 1 metre lengths and can be cut to size on site. This ensures maximum flexibility and minimum wastage compared to traditional fire pillows. The material can be installed within and around various electrical penetrations and provides up to 120 minutes fire rating.
Intumescent Domestic Ventilation Sleeves
The Firefly 109 Vent Duct Fire Sleeves provide up to 2 Hours Fire Resistance to round & rectangular PVC ventilation ducting. The Firefly 109 Vent Duct Fire Sleeves are fire tested to BS 476 & EN 1366-3:2009, the accepted British & European wide fire test standard required to meet UK Building Regulations. The latest EN fire testing was carried out using the Uncapped/Uncapped (U/U) pipe / duct end configurations as required for ventilated systems. The Firefly 109 Vent Duct Fire Sleeves are particularly for use in plasterboard partitions, but can be used in blockwork walls.
