This is a first for us all.
At Shawston we are now beginning to communicate what a ‘return to work’ might look like for all our furloughed employees. So we sent them this 5 minute video to showcase what is happening in our branches to create a safe and effective working environment. We wanted to share it openly on LinkedIn because we think it may come in useful for other businesses.
We passionately believe that for people who want to be at work but who have to stay at home until further notice, we want to keep them close to what’s going on in the business.
As you’d expect in these unprecedented times, our opening moves might not be perfect, but we’re going to learn and continuously improve whilst on the job. Which means our workplaces will get safer and safer by the day.
We want to make sure we are ahead of the curve. We want make sure we are ready – at full throttle and full capacity – to make sure we can say yes to our customers, no matter what pace our customers return to work at.
At Shawston we want to be a step ahead.
